  1. General Policy
    The GLEMINI Online Store is operated by Double H White Leaf. We are committed to
    maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity in our jewellery.
    By placing an order on www.glemini.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out
    in this Return & Refund Policy.
  2. Return Eligibility
    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
     The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and
     The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the item and
     The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition as well as
     Original packaging, certificates (if any), and proof of purchase are included
    Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
     Engraved or customised jewellery
     Made-to-order or personalised items
     Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
     Items damaged due to improper use, handling, storage, or exposure to chemicals
     Sale or discounted items (unless defective at the time of delivery)
  4. Return Request & Approval
    To initiate a return, customers must contact GLEMINI customer support within 24 hours of
    delivery and provide:
     Order number
     Clear photographs or videos of the item
     A brief explanation of the issue
    All returns are subject to prior approval by Double H White Leaf. Items returned without
    approval will not be accepted.
  5. Return Shipping Responsibility
     All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
     Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
     Double H White Leaf is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return
    shipments
  6. Authentication & Laboratory Verification
    Upon receiving the returned item, Double H White Leaf will submit the jewellery to a
    certified gemological laboratory to verify the authenticity and condition of the returned
    product.
    The cost of laboratory testing and verification will be deducted from the original payment
    amount, along with any other associated costs, including but not limited to:
     Return handling fees

 Administrative charges
 Shipping-related costs (if applicable)

  1. Refund Process
    Refunds will be processed only after:
     The returned item is received
     The gemological laboratory report confirms authenticity
     All associated costs are calculated and deducted
    Refund processing may take approximately 7 to 21 business days from the date the
    laboratory report is received and approved.
  2. Refund Method & Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
    Please note that once the refund is processed by GLEMINI, additional time may be required
    for the amount to reflect in your account. This delay depends on the payment service
    provider or financial institution and is beyond our control.
  3. Right to Refuse Refunds
    Double H White Leaf reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if:
     The item fails laboratory authentication
     The return conditions outlined in this policy are not met
     The product has been worn, altered, or tampered with after delivery
  4. Policy Updates
    This Return & Refund Policy may be revised at any time at the sole discretion of Double H
